I assume that this is Stratstone in Doncaster. I have used Stratstone in Harrogate and have nothing but complements for them. Their service was quick and polite etc. I wonder why a dealer owned and ran by the same people is not as good. Is it a bolt on to BMW or do they have a separate premises. I found that when Harrogate was a bolt on, their service was shocking, but since their move, their serivce has improved dramatically.

Sometimes even the best of us make mistakes though - you have to remember that!
