I thought I'd pop in and say hello and thanks for the continuing interest in my adventures from 2007. We've got MINI USA's MINI Takes the States 2 that is currently on its final weekend here in Los Angeles after a two month nationwide MINI celebration. I've been approached by several people wondering whether or not I'll be at MINI United 2009 and so far my response is that I'll most likely be there in-person but the car is a mere possibility at this point. It was thought that MINI United 2007 was a trip of a lifetime, but who knows, lightning may strike twice and I've got a lot more time to prepare this time! Of course the current exchange rate is not doing me any favors. Anyway, I'll have to give the whole shipping things some serious thought over the coming months but I'm glad that the 2007 trip still generates positive responses!
