| Unfortunately, it no longer seems to be only the relm of the young driver.
I wouldn't have been surprised if this video had been of a 30 something ot even a 40 something.
It seems to me that it is an attitude of society, and may even be a reaction to the overbearing government and rules.
Yes it may well have been a young guy who had the ability or stupidity to film himself, but I am sure there are plenty of people out there, that don't get caught! |
