Slightly surprised by your top speed with that power Ant - I'd blame it on a deceptive hill and a headwind - 260bhp should get you 150mph +, even with the Mini's brick aerodynamics.
Fastest I've had mine (220bhp or thereabouts) was 130mph at the Ring (Schwedenkreuz - hairy) and obviously that will be some way off top whack, so I reckon yours MUST go more than 135!
