With regard to the airbag light

This is not defo saying you have no airbags. The system flags a fault if resistance on the wire loom is incorrect and for several other reasons. In my car it is illuminated as my battery detach unit is faulty... I have looked into the issue thoroughly and am now convinced that all that becomes deactivated on the system when the lights on is the element of the system that is faulty. You will still have airbags deploy in an accident (if its not one of these thats faulty). Companies like ThinkMINI have kit that can read the specific fault and see what element of your system is the problem. I just drive with mine illuminated all the time as there is still a feed to the other elements of the system. Its up to you to find out which bits wrong on yours and decide if you need to fix it.

The other light dies indeed sound like the RF indicator... just follow the instructions given to reset it after you have made sure the pressures are all correct and the same. This will sort it out. Also this indicator can flag ABS issues as they use one and the same sensor i believe.
