If you search over there for 'Bluetooth retrofit" you should find a few posts, but they're all basically the same as what I've posted here. So reading it looks like nobody has really got into a retrofit harness and dropping a ULF module in. Certainly there is one vendor of the harness now, so I'll work on that.

In terms of a challenge to do it - I love it. As mentioned before I've retrofitted 2 OEM BMW systems already and they both required a lot of dismantling and wiring. Any electronics will be OK as I've built my own paddle shift steptronic gearbox controllers, MFSW installs, even built unique AE headlights on both Bimmers. I just love these projects
