| I test drove a cooper d and found the same thing... not much 'ooomph' which really took away from this mini-fun type image they have...
I have a 1.9 tdi 130ps but it's chipped up to 170 using Revo tuning and so it's amazingly smooth and powerful, so admittedly I'm a bit spoiled. The revo tuning is fantastic - not because a diesel becomes a sports car, but because it now drives the way it always should have done.
