DIY Steel Wheel Problems

Hey guys,
I recently installed a set of 185/65/15 General Altimax Arctic tires onto a set of 15" x 6" (4/100) steel wheels. They were balanced and mounted by Canadian Tire. At ~80-100km/hr im getting an ever so slight vibration in my steering wheel. Ive taken the car back to them 3 times now for re-balancing and they even tried rotating the fronts to the back and still, the vibration is there. Im just wondering if I'm being too nit-picky with the ride? Should there be a slight vibration in the steering wheel because of the studs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
