my MINI's about to run out of it's 3-year maintenance and it still has jut over a year of the warranty on it.
in the 3 years, I'm still about 5 or 6 thousand miles short of the 25,000 mile maintenance. So it would definately cover that, plus any other maintenance I need done. I had them check my brake wear whilst I was at the dealer today, and I still have 8mm of brake pads, so they said it was doubtful, at the current rate of wear, that I would manage to get brakes needing replacement in the next 3 years.
it's sounding like it's not going to be worth the $2000 to get the extended maintenance plan ... does this sound right to others, or is there something I'm forgetting? |
