I know that the 3 year warranty on the MINI is only a recent (in the last 2 years) thing...so the 2 years is correct.
If you didn't get it from a dealer then where did you get it?
Have you written to MINI Australia? I would. I think this should be your first point of call. Quoting the age of the car, low milage and roof usage. Tell them that the sunroof was working before it went into the dealership and even that wasn't working when it came out.
Have you looked at doing it yourself? From all acounts it isn't that difficult....it is just sourcing a new roof here that might cost. |
