My 2008
MCS has been in the shop for a week today. So far replaced the rear main seal that was leaking. I was told that a field engineer was going to be there last Friday to look at it to find the rattle, I found out Tuesday that only the service technician has looked at it. My SA asked what day would be good for me to come down and start the car for them so i could point out the sound so they can confirm it's the "NORMAL" noise they all make. Needles to say I'm upset. I have been contacted twice by Mini USA before Tuesday and now when I call they don't return my calls. I agree a class action suit may be the answer to get Mini to address this issue. I may even start a web site like "isyourminialemon.com" or something I will have to think of a good name so it will be dedicated to the cause.
