Comfort opening is, I believe, a function of the key - the remote one (only one of my keys does this).
Point key at the centre of the dashboard area from a few yeards away, press and hold down the unlock button. The sunroof feature should operate. Once the sunroof is fully open, press and hold again, the full opening action should happen, including the side windows coming back up afterwards.
For the boot opening, not sure, never tried it! And it's snowy outside, so not dashing out right now....
