| Wait, you got 52K out of an engine mount and you are complaining? Mounts and bushings are not designed to last forever and if you got that much out of it, I'd say you are doing well. I had one fail and it cost a whopping 60 dollars for me to replace. Why did I replace it rather than warranty it? I modified my car and it is possible that I caused the failure.
Honestly, I have never had a engine mount last longer than 50K on most cars. I would be willing to bet that most people don't even know that they fail until someone points it out or they see a leak. |
