Have to agree with everyone about the interior - I would not even consider that car based on the interior alone. You may be able to re-spray the dash etc but re-trimming the seats; replacing door cards etc is going to cost you a few grand.
To think that this guy is firm on that price is optimistic on his part too (Escpecially considering the interior). If people want to spec ugly interiors on their car they should at least pay the price for it on re-sale I think

JCW brakes and I sold it for $32.5k Another Qld ClubMINI member sold his about 6 months after mine - 2004 Indie Blue,
JCW engine kit, suspension and brakes, about 40k on the clock and sold for sub $30k from memory.
