| Parcel Shelf Catching on Boot Lid
I have had my Cooper S for about 4 months now and when i bought it, the shelf was fine. However, something has happened and now the boot lid won't close because of the parcel shelf. The circular piece of trim on the boot lid behine the wiper catches on the top of the ridge on the parcel shelf (Hope that makes sense).
To close the boot lid i have to lower it so it rests on the parcel shelf, then put my hand through the gap and lift up the parcel shelf to allow the boot lid to drop.
I have tried bending the parcel shelf up to give the boot lid more room but that hasn't worked. It's driving me mad. |
