It was a really good price and I also got a really good price on my old MINI trade-in. SO I was very happy with that aspect!
I don't live locally so it's not going there for anything aftersales but they were perfectly nice.
Not as touchy feely as Sytner Birmingham who I always go to, but they didn't have the car I wanted and when I told my salesperson there, she told me to go and grab the car at Halliwell Jones as they couldn't touch the price on anything remotely similar.
I've got an emergency number from them which i haven't had before, where they look after my car if I have an accident; make sure the car is looked after properly and I get a MINI as a courtesy car etc which I though was a really nice touch. Lord knows what happens with me over 100 miles away usually but for local people it's nice! |
