| I am for them and I have one. I disagree with people who have them illegally spaced and I also disagree with people using the bolts incorrectly.
My number plate is totally anonymous to people that don't know me - as it doesn't state my initials, but people who know me recognise it and I have had a lot of comments saying they like it.
It is C1 YDN (correctly spaced) my name is C LYDON so I think it works well and I am going to be buying the missus one for her wedding present which will tie in very nicely and match mine some what. She likes the idea so I see nothing wrong with it.
As someone has said here it is just a form of 'modding' I think people with custom exhausts, body kits, spoilers, blacked out windows happen to look like knobs but hey each to their own....
Humans are envious creatures though by nature and any form of displaying that you are doing well or even displaying individuality generally causes a reaction. We are after all MINI owners and some people will slate us for that!
