Mini 1 had a problem with the power steering and when "fixed" it was discovered that the block plug lead was tampered with such that the previous owner had tried to suppress a leak with tape.Bottom line was it caused an electrical issue that failed a replacement pump.
Its all very scary this stuff.Glad you are all in one piece.Cars fail but becoming a fire risk these days shouldn't be happening. |
