MCS twice since I bought it two weeks ago and Castrol EDGE Sport 0w-40 is definitly the one that the
MCS likes the best
Very nice oil indeed and since I drive a lot in the city and short trips with lots of start and stops I change when the oil has run for more than 7-8000 km. The 0w-40 is also approved by BMW Longlife + it's the one that Castrol themselves recommend for the R53
