I sent my dealer MINI representative my
first e-mail, since my August 2001 signup, asking when the dealership expected to receive its dealership agreement and what position I was on their interest list. This was the return e-mail I received.

Notice that I never received an answer to my original question nor any suggestion as to how or when it might be answered. I think that this shows that when MINI USA chose their MINI dealers, that the dealer's CSI (customer service index) did not figure very high in the selection process.
