Insurance

i am really tring to stay calm but it isnt working insurance up on sat and best quote i can get is £820 nearly fainted eairlier when i got quoted £2800!!!
I am 25 3 years NCB and and no points or accidents.
Northern Ireland i think is my problem most insurers refuse to quote because of postcode
