| Excellent service
I recently had the dreaded power steering pump failure. Pump running on constantly when engine was off, battery went flat. Rang BMW Mini garage in Salisbury and asked if there was a recall on them. They took some details and said they would call me back shortly. The nice lady got in touch with BMW and they agreed to fix it totally free. Great service on a nine year old car with full service history but not all by main dealers and almost 70k on it. Most impressed. |
