I motor in a 2004
MCS with 170K miles. I have enjoyed this car since I picked it up used. Like so many here, my power steering pump has failed as well. I have been in contact with my dealer and MINIUSA trying to receive some assistance with the $1200 charge to replace the pump. $700 for the pump and $500 for labor! Really! No assistance or restitution yet. No empathy either. If anyone in the US has had MINI assist with payment, let me know. I am getting more and more disappointed with MINI, and we own 2 of them.
