I've bought a drivers side door lock actuator for a mini cooper (2004) that I shall be fitting tomorrow, however on all the guides it says/shows a little bracket that is bolted to the unit, the one in this picture :

However, the hole were the bracket would go isn't threaded on the replacement I've bought ? I've not got the old unit out of the door yet, this is the one I bought :

Do we not have that bracket on UK cars ? Every guide I find seems to be american, but I have seen some actuators sell on ebay that have that bracket fitted so i'm really confused, this is a picture I have just taken of the one I bought, as you can see no threaded holes for that bracket to go ? The part number I bought is 51200556769
