Even there are more MC (and MCS) on the road now, oil filter for it is still not a common item. It'd better you bring your own to the oil change. Removing the oil filter is also quite different from most other cars. You need a 36mm socket (or spanner) for taking out the filter holder. As the gas stations do the oil change more than most of the garages, they should have better experience. And given there are so many Mini in Happy Valley area, I am not surprised they have lots of experience in the Shing Wo Road station.
I have tried Redline, Valvoline SynPower and Gold Mobile 1. All of them are quite good, with Valvoline most cost effective (HK$330 for 5 litre).
