I signed up today on their website
sfminirally@bmwsf.com In fact I couldn't get it to work so I telephoned them at San Fran BMW and asked to be added to the list - which I was! Got to sign up by July 24th. (Space is limited)
Run is Aug 3rd for 250 miles, unknown destination.
