| well after spending the whole day (10am to 3:30 pm) at the dealers, my mini is all set up.
got there and explained that the window was stuck but was working now, they went ahead and replaced the motor anyway.
got the first oil change service (9k miles) and had them program the conveneience opening for the remote, HOWEVER, one thing that kinda ****ed me off is they charged me $46 for the labor of reprogramming it, as they said that should be done before you buy the car, and the dealer usually pays for that.
even after trying to explain that it SHOULD be standard equipment according to the manual, he wouldn't budge. so i went ahead and paid for it, as the summer isn't even close to being over, and it's so nice to be able to put the windows down as you walk out to the car and let the hot air out. |
