yup, thats right, you need a new one if you replace the side sill as you ruin it getting it off.

To recap

all wheel arch bits are around the 5'er mark
the side sills are 22
and (I found out today)
the front bottom part (lower spoiler) is 16,
so I assume the lower part of the rear bumper should
be about the same.
