This is one of those dealerships adding $1200-$1500 of required accessories to the cost of each car. And their sales manager had the gall to whine about me putting him on hold for a second while I routed an incoming call, after I'd been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for him...let alone having sent him $500 in deposit months ago.

Fortunately, I have other options for getting a Mini, so it was gratifying to get my $500 back from them today.
