My MCS windows and doors froze solid last winter. Could not open the doors or windows after the first harsh snow/freezing rain. After they thawed I put the gummipfledge on the door and window rubber/gaskets to solve the problem. It's great stuff. Highly recommend using it prior to the first freeze.
