I think GP Dream (or GT something) in TamKung Road, To Kwa Wan is the leader in the industry. They can customise your personal decals. Howevr, I did mine by chance in Yuen Long when I had "B仔凉粉". The craftsmanship is OK and the charge is much chepaer.
