Ill have to check if I'm available on the 11th (I think I am), as I'd love to come along if that's okay? As I said on page 1 of this thread I live in Blackpool, so I may meet you at the services, or en-route. One of my mates owns a Cooper too, so I'll let let him know about the run.
Just to let everyone know, if you've not been to Blackpool for a year or two
there are A LOT of speed cameras on the promenade (I'd estimate ten or so). An illuminations run is slow, but everyone please be careful if you get in a clear patch and get the opportunity to press that accellerator.
Oh, as for food, there are plenty of places to eat near the North Pier.
