ok... leave the torx alone. put the screwdriver down. step away.

fold the back seats down. careful now. I said put that screwdriver down!

look in the gap in the middle of the seats. slowly feel your way down to the bottom. stop drooling. there, that metal thing, see the 10mm bolt?

Right. now carefully pick up a 10mm socket (with attatched ratchet) and undo it. Easy now. No not all the way! put it back in slightly.

Ok, now put the socket down before you do any more damage. Good boy. Grab the seat on the left. Push the little levery type thingy that you just unbolted slightly. Finding it hard? ok, let go of the seat then. The inside edges of the seat backs should pop out.

Grab the left seat again and tilt it to a roughly 45 degree ish angle, then pull it out of the socket (i.e, towards the other seat). Not too hard, you'll have to find the right angle, but that's true with a lot of things.

Now you may want to sit down because this next bit is difficult.

Think about it and apply the same process to the other seat. Oh dear. Should I call an ambulance?

That's the rear seats gone, do you understand the instructions for the plastic bits?
