Thanks a lot for your help everyone - it was really easy in the end but i didnt spot the bolt in between the 2 seats!
I didnt need an ambulance in the end Dom however i will keep the number to hand just to be safe - what was it 997? 996?...bollox..
I have now got the car completely stripped of the plastic's with all of the clips still in one piece - its now just a question of removing the factory speakers
