I would think that any dealer could look up the options with the VIN.

There are many different parts and part combinations for the suspension depending how heavy the car is (with options). The SS+ has a bigger rear sway (anti-roll) bar, but it'd be difficult to measure if it's just a 1-2 millimeter difference.
