I bought mine (H3970 + Navman GPS 3400) over eBay from seller in the UK, did my research and paid by cheque last year.

I have since recommended another person to buy from him.

No issue with the transaction whatsoever.

I am happy with my iPaq/Navman set up, like all systems, it has pros and cons. However, I am aware of its limitations now, and it proved to be invaluable during our last trip in Europe in Jun 2003.
