Ya.. there are always the few.. the lucky few that get things their way at any place... but majority dont... so that kinda makes universal and other dealers that do mark up have a bad reputation... of course there are always good experiences too and I'm sure Long Beach have had some bad experiences... especially with ppl not wanting to wait so long on the wait list.
