Oh I do alot of mileage on the motorway, about 500 a week, so found the best way is a wash at least once a week with macguirs gold, and regular waxing makes them easier to remove, do mine every 2 weeks. Also keep the finishing spray in the car to remove them when I can straight away.

Oh and if you are after something to get those that have been on for ages the spray and clay bar from macguirs it the best, no marks or residue.
