Replacing the exhaust won't invalidate the warranty, but if the exhaust and/or fitment of it damaged or caused extra wear-and-tear to other components, those other components wouldn't be covered under the warranty. There's also TLC to be careful of - your dealer shouldn't class an aftermarket exhaust as an "engine enhancement", but the best thing to do is to contact your dealer (Victoria?) and see if they're ok with the warranty/TLC issues with your exhaust.
I'm in Leeds, and I use mini-design.com for all my mods (Leeds-based). They're great, they always do a really good job and go out of their way to help you.
