I tried out the new service area today. It's really nice and clean, though there are a few things that still need to be finished. Biggest thing is there's lots of space, unlike the old place. Over there I was worried about getting squeezed, even in a tiny MINI!
No worries like that in the new place. Tim hooked me up, even though I changed my mind at the last minute and told him I would wait for it vice get a loaner. BTW, I think they now have 2 MINI loaners - a blue and a gold CVT

I just had my aux audio input installed, so nothing extravagant. I was impressed that they covered the seat and the steering wheel and also used a paper on the floor. I was also grateful that they washed it when it was done - it was kinda dirty after the Rally this weekend
Maybe they always wash them at BMW dealerships - it was my first time. At any rate, my first experience was a good one - hope it continues!
