For sure Autocar is accurate most of the time, especially with things like prices / dates etc. But I disagree with a lot of their opinions on things (editor sutton & colin goodwin especially), who absolutely PANNED the Honda S2000 recently in an answer to a question "which car should I buy...", saying it was dangerous to drive fast, "nasty" and generally a VERY bad car. I showed the article to a friend who was thinking about buying one, and it put him RIGHT off. A few weeks later, it was on Top Gear, "a superb car, no complaints".

I know everyone's entitled to their own opinions but this is one thing that put me right off Autocar. A poor show.

P.S £2800 increase a little on the pricey side IMO!
