D'you mostly do long journeys?

Best I ever got in the 323 was 32 mpg (worst - 22). If 32's your average, I'm impressed!

I do a lot of short journeys, admittedly, but it was no different in the BMW and I would have expected better than a 10 - 15% improvement in consumption with the MINI. Seems you're 25% up with your Cooper.

I'll have to try an M-way "brim to brim" check. I wanna see 40+!!!
