After a seriously dodgy start with Scotthall, we seem to have reached 'an understanding' now and they've been pretty helpful as far as my replacement car goes.
I had a call from a BMW Customer Service team tonight and I gave them an average of 4 out of 5, so they can't be all that bad I guess!
The Service dept is still worryingly 'random' at times...I'm still getting calls and letters from them asking me to ring about getting my Radio replaced and no matter how many times I tell them it was replaced by them last November, it doesn't seem to sink in..
