Philips automotive bulbs have proved to be some of the best on the market. I'm very happy with my Vision Plus. First thing I noticed is if you awitch the lights on in the day even in bright sunlight you can see them on the back of the car in front. Try it on standard bulbs and you can't see a thing!
Philips Blue Vision aren't quite as good. This is mainly due to the blue filter to create the HID effect. they are still miles better than standard though.
