Talking Action day at Castle Combe

There is an Action Day at Castle Combe Racing circuit this saturday for anyone who may wish to take there car on the circuit. I went to one last year in my golf and had a great time.

What basically happens is that anyone can have a go on the track in whatever they show up in. Last year it was about £20 for 5 laps and about £7 to get in. There are a few nutters as you can imagine going round the track so look out for them, as your not covered by any insurance unless you sort it out separately yourself.

I don't think it has changed much from last year apart from the fact you now have to wear a crash helmet and your legs and arms have to be covered.

Even if you don't take your car it's quite good fun to see people thrashing the nuts of the family estates or even the company works van.
