I got a large number of Insurance quotes, mostly on-line.

The best quotes where from Esure and Sainsbury's

The worst were Liverpool Victoria and Mini Insurance

. Both of these were over £200 more than Esure

I decided to go with Esure and checked to make sure my Chili pack was covered. The assistant checked with an underwriter and confirmed that this would be covered in the event of theft/damage etc for no extra charge. She has put a note on the policy proposal to confirm this.
