Mini Coopers in the PRC are selling in excess of $40,000 for the plain-Jane model, so you can imagine why you don't see many around. We are relatively more lucky here in Hong Kong where the price is more `reasonable', but still expensive compared to what you are paying in the U.S.

I have a Pepper White MCS and I was wondering if mine was the one you saw.
