Just valued my Cooper on the Glass's website... was 15k new, 11,000 miles now 8 months old...
Trade in excellent - £13250
Trade in average - £12000
Retail - £14,600
Don't think it's unfair to ask for £13,800 private sale, or at least £13k part ex, considering the garage won't need to do anything apart from clean it before selling it!! They'll be putting it up for £14,500, so that's a profit of £2000 if we accept their £12,500 offer!!
