Car is just over 1350 miles new.

Decided that I was tired of having those kids in the rice burners with the loud exhaust systems and louder boom box radios past me.

So, driving down a nice multilane highway, just after a kid in a silver honda with wide tires and lowered suspension, with his seat reclined and only forehead showing, passed by... waited until I met him at the next light.... kicked the Steptronics in, dropped to 1th gear, wound the rev counter to 4500 and took off like a rocket from the light... worked the stick lick a manual 2nd, passed the Honda, 3rd, 4th, he's still trying to catch up, 5th.. it was amazing! Testosterone was flowing! I felt like I WAS 18 again!

Hit 90 when I finally got to 6th gear.... and then reason hit me... put it back into standard CVT and smiled as I LET the kid in the Honda pass ... brought my speed back to traffic flow and cruised home...

Older, but probably not really wiser...
