in the uk 40% of the motoring population have had a speeding (tax) ticket in the last few years-oh and we pay a bit more than $2 per gallon. Camera detctors are big business
I'd be happy to pay much more to persuade the Gumbys to use public transport and leave the roads to those of us who want more than just a car to get from a to b |
